India Howell / #Doitfor102 - RVCV Volunteers Unite to Support TCF

Hello everyone! As many of you know, I established the Rift Valley Children’s Village (RVCV) by opening my home to 17 children in need in 2004. Little did I know that one day I would be the legal guardian to 102 kids. With the help of our Tanzanian co-founder, Peter Leon Mmassy, we founded the Tanzanian Children's Fund (TCF). TCF works to provide a community of 10,000 living in the Oldeani region of Northern Tanzania with all the tools, systems and opportunities they need to find a path out of generational poverty. 

I am participating in the #Doitfor102 Challenge where I will be walking 1.02 miles a day for 14 days to celebrate the 102 incredible children that call RVCV home!

About India Howell's #Doitfor102 Challenge

Starting on September 15th, for 14 days I have pledged to walk for 1.02 miles a day. You all know I love walking the kids to school but 1.02 miles is further than my usual daily routine. Let's see if the dogs can keep up!  

My goal is to raise $1,000 as part of the overall $250,000 goal. 2020 has been a very challenging year for us to say the least, so we are reaching out to our extended family for support. No donation is too small (or too big!).
